Package Your Device
Place your Solos smartglasses, charging cables, and accessories back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technicians inspect the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
